DENN NTR-130/50 metal spinning lathe was built in 2022 in Spain by INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. This highly precise machine is designed for metal forming, without the need for cutting tools. The process uses only the plastic properties of the material, which makes it possible to obtain a variety of parts with different shapes, profiles and angles.
The DENN metal spinning machine is adapted to both spin forming and shear forming. In both cases, the key role is played by precision rollers that form the desired shapes by exerting pressure on the workpiece being rotated at high speed. Shear forming differs in that the workpiece is formed by individual passes of the roller along a mandrel. In this way, it is possible to obtain workpieces with an even thickness and a more uniform surface.
The machine’s sturdy construction is filled with all the necessary components of the best technical parameters. These include , among others, a robust and reliable bed, a hydraulic tailstock and a head with an internal finished parts ejector. All this is complemented by the control elements, offering full operator interaction with the machine.
The NTR 130/50 CNC spinning lathe is offered with a wide range of equipment, including CAD/CAM software, an additional support roller and trimming units. During its service life, the machine has worked for just 1323 hours. The total weight of the machine is approximately 9000 kg.
