CemeCon CC800/9 HiPIMS Magnetron Sputter PVD Coating System, originally manufactured in 2006 and professionally upgraded in 2013 and 2025. This high-performance Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) system is equipped with 6 cathodes, including 2 HiPIMS-capable cathodes, booster anodes, multiple bias modes, triple heating system, dual turbo pumps, and a six-position substrate holder. The system received a complete manufacturer service together with a control system upgrade to the latest standards in July 2023. A complete package is optionally available including a chiller, precision substrate cleaning system, and lapping/polishing machine.
