Description
This machine is designed for high-speed and high-precision part machining, featuring lightweight yet high-rigidity moving components for faster and more powerful performance.
The machine structure is made of high-strength gray cast iron, ensuring excellent rigidity and stability even during long-term machining operations.
The wide-span column design combined with a double-layer base enhances inertia and improves the dynamic response of the entire machine.
The direct-drive spindle meets V1 vibration standards, providing significantly lower vibration compared to the commonly used V4 standard, resulting in superior surface finish quality.
All three axes are equipped with heavy-duty ball-type linear guideways. Maximum rapid traverse reaches 48 m/min, and tapping speeds can reach up to 6,000 rpm, allowing threading down to M1.2.
