GL.evo is a universal and high-precision machine tool designed for industrial laser microprocessing. The machine concept harmonizes the requirements of high-precision and highly dynamic kinematics with the demands of ultra-short pulse laser technology, enabling the production of the most challenging components, including 5-axis simultaneous machining. As a result, the GL.evo can be applied across the entire spectrum of laser micro-machining processes and can be optimally customized to customer-specific requirements through a wide range of modular options. The machine control system, beam source, and all integrated modules are operated via a uniform and consistent user interface. This intuitive control concept enables real-time monitoring and adjustment of all process parameters, significantly reducing process development time and ensuring rapid identification of the optimal machining parameter set.
