Machine adopts a moving-beam gantry framework, providing excellent rigidity and precision. The machine can be equipped with various milling heads to achieve pentahedral machining. X, Y and W axes adopt hydrostatic guideways, offering strong resistance to eccentric loads, high stiffness, excellent dynamic response and high positioning accuracy. The stepped rectangular closed hydrostatic guideways on the beam improve anti-overturning capability. The spindle adopts a two/three-gear shifting transmission mechanism to enhance cutting performance. The section ram is made of ductile cast iron with high rigidity and strength. Equipped with a high-power spindle servo motor for heavy-duty cutting. The Y axis uses a motor with screw/gear rack and dual-motor anti-backlash structure for high transmission and positioning accuracy. Reliable ATC and a movable operation station ensure safety and convenience.
