XK27 series is a gantry-moving type boring and milling machine with a fixed beam and fixed worktable. The X and Y axes adopt a constant-flow bull pump system, providing strong resistance to eccentric loads, high stiffness, excellent dynamic response and high positioning accuracy. The section ram is made of ductile cast iron, offering high rigidity and strength. The spindle adopts a three-gear shifting transmission mechanism with no power gap, ensuring high-torque cutting performance. The X and Y axis drive mechanisms use a dual-motor anti-backlash structure to guarantee high accuracy and stability of gantry and slide plate movements. The machine can be equipped with various milling heads to achieve comprehensive pentahedral machining.
