| Tsugami B0326E-III CNC Swiss Lathe Ø32 mm – Technical Features |
| Machine Overview |
One of the biggest advantages of Tsugami’s Ø32 mm capacity machines is the Direct-Drive Guide Bush structure.
Even with this advanced guide bushing system, the machine can also operate without a guide bush when required.
Switching between both systems is extremely fast and provides significant advantages, especially when machining expensive round or non-round materials, by minimizing remnant material length at the end of the bar. |
| Tooling Flexibility |
The modular live tooling system allows the use of angular tools, whirling units, polygon machining tools, hobbing units, and similar tooling holders. |
| CNC Control |
Fanuc 32i-B CNC Control |
| Sub Spindle Tooling |
Up to 8 live tool positions on the sub spindle side. |
