The machine is in excellent technical condition, after a complete GO – new condition of the machine. The machine is equipped with a NEWALL digital encoder for 4 axes (X, Y, Z, B). Guided tours are available. The machine is in new condition, 12 months warranty.

– Bed assembly and sliding with hardened bars
– grinding of guide surfaces
– pouring sliding surfaces through the mass

– renewal of the tool cooling system

Electrical part
– renewal of electrical installation and control
– assembly of an electrical switchboard that meets the new standard requirements
– Completion of the switchgear by a modern Siemens automatic control system, including the installation of an electronic spindle brake (gentle on the gearbox in the headstock)
– installation of a new lubrication system
– automatic lubrication control depending on the distance traveled (extends machine life)
– adjustable amount and distribution of lubricant doses according to the nature of the work and technology (saving of lubricating oil)
– machine assembly through central lubrication of guide surfaces + shafts (TRIBOTEC: aggregate + dispensers + distribution)
– machine handover report to the customer based on handover reports, machine equipment along with the initial audit report and documentation
– NEWAL machine assembly for X, Y, Z and B axes (table rotation)
