Modern CNC control: Data input and set-up mode are effected via operator in direct dialogue.
Programming language is interchangeable from German to English. Data carrier software allows data input and output via a serial interface.
Continuous generating gear grinding method: Automatic grinding cycle, including
automatic re-profiling of the grinding wheel on the machine. Shift grinding device: During the grinding process the workpiece is constantly shifted tangentially across the grinding wheel.
Machine was modernized by BURRI Company approx 10 years ago with an electronic
controlled V-Axis for generating the lead on the worm wheel without any change gears, all
profile modifications can be effected easily, that reduces a lot of idle times !
Built on motorized single diamond disc dressing device SP-DR with some diamond tools.
Also the A-Axis is DC-motorized to swivel the Workpiece/Helix angle, CNC controlled,
Built-on hydraulically swivelling sensor for automatic positioning of the grinding wheel in the tooth gap. This saves a lot of time.
DITTEL Grinding Wheel Balancing Device.
Hydraulic workpiece clamping with centres and counter centres in the worpiece slide.
Fully covered working area with oil mist exhaust, two sliding doors…there is no original Coolant device available, we may have a separate Coolant oil separator available.
