The YASKAWA MOTOMAN UP6-A00 welding robot is a compact machine, distinguished by an extremely durable body and speed of work. Thanks to its small size and weight, it can be installed in hard-to-reach places on a small amount of space. The welding arm with a reach of 1373 mm and a lifting capacity of 6 kg, combined with high axial speed, guarantee quick movement of any type of object. The industrial robot is equipped with a useful collision avoidance function and a YASKAWA MOTOMAN XRC controller to control the machine.
The welding cell is equipped with a tilt and turn positioner YASKAWA MOTOMAN MT1-3000-S2X, characterized by a small space requirement and a solid construction, it makes it easy to find the optimal position even in the case of complex objects. The L-arm design is capable of withstanding a maximum load of 3,000 kg. The servo-controlled single-station positioner has two axes (X,Y) that can be synchronized with the robot’s motion.
The YASKAWA MOTOMAN TSG-06 XYZ Portal is designed to ensure reliable, accurate and economical production of large welded components. Servo-driven X,Y,Z axes guide systems with 4900 (X-axis), 1800 (Y-axis), 1200 mm (Z-axis) feeds are fully integrated with the robot control to increase its working range.
