DMG MORI SEIKI NHX4000 CNC machining center made in 2014 in Germany is an ideal combination of functionality, productivity and precision that can handle even the most complex challenges in a wide range of industries. This technologically advanced machine consists of a single-piece bed with sliding column, reliable components and extensive optional equipment.

The machining process takes place inside a large work area, which includes an extremely powerful high-speed spindle, a 4-axis rotary table and a two-pallet system. This system allows uninterrupted machining of multiple workpieces, thus significantly increasing production efficiency and reducing machine downtime to a minimum. In addition, all basic machine components are cooled to increase their service life. The DMG MORI SEIKI horizontal machining center is equipped with optional equipment, including measuring probes, tooling and CAM 3D ESPRIT software with the KnowledgeBase module, which suggests the most optimal machining parameters. The total weight of the machine is 7890 kg.
