THE SCOPE OF MODERNIZATION
Mechanical part
• Machining (milling, grinding) and manual scraping of the guide surfaces of the racks and the crosspiece into geometric accuracy, repairing any damage
• Sanding of slides
• Machine alignment of crosspiece, racks and support racks for installing new axle drives and linear metering
• Placing the crosspiece guides on the rack, slide racks, racks, rails, wedges and wedges with sliding material, machining, scraping
• Machining of the surface of the clamping plate will be carried out when the machine is brought to life on the machine itself
• Replacement of all bearings and seals in the gearbox of the table drive and gearbox gearboxes
• Revision of the table drive gear (repair or replacement of damaged gears not included in the tender)
• Repaired vices
• New trapezoidal screws and crossbar lifting nuts
• New X and U axle drives (cross beam support) and Z and V (slider extension) with ball screws
• New X, U, V, and Z drive mount brackets
• New gearless gearboxes for X, U, V and Z axis drives. The existing gears will be dismantled.
