CNC Vertical Machining Center for Stone, marble and granite sector
The machine dimensions are:
– Machining table: 3550 x 2250mm
– X stroke: 3500mm
– Y stroke: 2210mm
– Z-stroke: 400mm
Machine with two working tables.
The price does not include disassembly and transport.
Very urgent, the machine must be dismantled mid-March. Actually in production.
The machine contains the latest Breton cycles, compatible with Pegasus – SmartCam latest version.

The machining spindle is a 14KW VEM.
The machine is equipped with a LAP CAD PRO 2D Laser projector mounted on a motorized guide for tables A and B.
This machine is equipped with the sinumerik 810D system from SIEMENS.
They work with the latest versions of Breton software (SmartCam CounterTop)

– Replacement of the machining spindle
– Replacement of the X, Y and Z linear guides
– Replacement of bearing/Z lift belt
– Overhaul of the Z drive worm
– Replacement of beam bearings
2020:
– Replacement of table movement rails
– Replacement of table rollers and bearings
2021:
– Replacement of the X axis drive reducer
– Replacement of the measuring laser tools Marposs ML105P
