WALTER HELITRONIC BASIC-F CNC tool grinding machine built in 2007 is the perfect choice for sharpening and grinding a wide range of metal or woodworking tools, special tools, as well as parts with complex geometries. The machining process is performed in 5 axes using a spindle with a reliable belt drive and two ends. Each end of the spindle can accommodate up to three grinding wheels with a maximum diameter of 150 mm. Individual sets of grinding wheels are assigned to the corresponding spindle, together with the grinding wheel measurement data.
The WALTER 5-axis CNC grinding machine is also distinguished by its stable grey cast iron gantry design, which ensures the highest precision and machining quality.
