CNC 6-axis PCD grinding & sharpening machine

VOLLMER QXD 250 – 6-axis CNC grinding/sharpening machine for diamond tools (PCD).
The PCD sharpening process is carried out through electroerosion with a rotating disc electrode.
The machine is equipped with an automatic magazine of electrodes/grinding wheels and tools.
Vpulse grinding technology enabled.

Workpiece parameters:
max. workpiece diameter: 320mm,
min. workpiece diameter: 4mm,
max. workpiece length: 250mm,

max. workpiece weight (tool holder included): 25kg.
Machine in very good condition – like new. Only occasionally used.
Visits possible
