In May 2019, the TRUMPF 7000 series laser beam pipe processing machine was installed , thereby broadening the range of products we manufacture. 

The TruLaser Tube 7000 cuts tubes and profiles extremely precisely and quickly, so high-quality products made from a wide variety of profiles enable unique and highly efficient serial production .

During the machining process, a modern sensor system monitors the work processes. Correct positioning of seamed materials is automatically checked by the SeamLine Tube seam recognition camera system. The processing of individual profiles is also no obstacle thanks to the SmartProfile option. In addition, our pipe laser cutting machine equipped with BevelCut technology is capable of bevel cutting up to 45°. The machine has an automatic ejection station, thus enabling the programmable sorting of the components on the discharge belts.
