TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 laser produced in 2012 is characterized by high performance with a guarantee of excellent quality of cutting details made of stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum. The machine provides high stability and precision of machining, thanks to a steel structure equipped with the best components and a large working area.
The generated CO2 laser beam with a power of 3 kW and a wavelength of 10.6 μm is able to cut sheets weighing up to 900 kg with a thickness of 20 mm (mild steel), 12 mm (stainless steel) or 8 mm (aluminum). Thanks to the excellent precision of the machine, the edges of each processed detail are smooth.
The TruLaser 3030 L20 laser cutter is equipped with i.a. with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840 SL numerical control for full control over the operation of the machine, pallet exchange system and X, Y, Z axis servo motors. The laser cutter underwent regular inspections – the last one was made in July 2022. The total weight of the machine is approx. 11 tons.
