Fully Enclosed 8′ x 8′ Cabin:
Sealed top to bottom to keep as much sound in as possible. Large glass doors to allow the user a full view of the machine during sawing and milling operations.
21″ HMI Touch Screen:
Mounted in-panel w/ on-screen keyboard
550mm H-Saw & V-Saw:
Rotatable saw w/ 360 degree movement in the horizontal configuration to allow mitering and notching. Running 4 different G-codes simultaneously between the saw and tool carrier allows the machine to fully multi-task.
12-Spindle Tool Carriage:
Available with up to 12 4.5 kW spindles with standard ER-32 spindle nose, allowing any spindle to be used for both milling and drilling. Other product options available for various spindle angles and positioning, thus providing flexibility of processing on profiles.
Infeed Gripper Push-Arm:
Programmable material gripper with rotatable jaws to push the profile into the machine.
Dynamic Clamps:
Clamps to maximize rigidity during sawing and milling operations. Profiles are secured to prevent movement during operation. Shown with optional auto-adjusting to provide secure gripping on profiles without level edges.
Profile Support Rollers:
Easy roll, non-scratch stainless steel rolls pieces through machine.
