Takamaz X-S700 – 2014 Model
fully automated double turret shaft turning machine with programmable lynette, tailstock and integrated loading gantry.
Fanuc Oi-TD control

The machine is ideally suited for machining long shafts that are automatically loaded and must be supported by a programmable Lynette.
Working with an active face driver is possible.
The machine equipment:
CNC tailstock,
CNC-Lynette
2x tool turret with 10 stations each
Loading portal with double gripper for shafts
Indexing belt for material supply
Coolant system
Tool torque monitoring
Shaft diameter max: approx. 65mm
shaft length max: ca.650mm
