Stoelting Conveyor Belt Parts Washer – Year 2012

It has two stages plus a dryer. Stainless steel construction.
The work opening is 24″ x 18″ h.
1″x 1″ mesh, flat wire belt
variable speed conveyor with a capacity of 50 lbs/linear ft.
Stage 1 & 2 have 450 gallon tanks,
7.5 hp – 175 gpm SS pumps
285,000 btu/hr gas fired immersion tube heat.
dryer section is 9′ long with a 140,000 btu/hr gas fired burner
15 hp blower fan with 10 air knives.
Control panel is equipped with Allen Bradley PLC controls.
460 vac 3 ph electric power required.
Over all length is 28′ 8″ long.
Good condition. Manual in file.
