The plug is removable.

The barrel was also just honed and laser aligned.
Two new Tempco barrel heaters.
All new Tempco heaters on the screen changer and adapters.
Beringer 4-1/2 screen changer, 20hp Maag melt pump with motor and drive just rebuilt.
58″ Heavy duty EDI Die, Lip range is .045″-.380″.
72″ wide 3 Roll Hydraulic Down stack with 2 spare 16″ rolls,
one Matte the other a grooved pattern. 12″ top roll and
16″ Middle and Bottom rolls.
All new hoses that are steam rated.
The 3 rolls installed were recently re-chromed with no dings or dents. Has edge trim knives and
New Red Lion Cut to length touch screen for the Wysong 60″ Shear.
All the sheet conveyors are new. The line is a total of 90 feet long and 16 feet wide.
Requires 600 amp 480 volt service. 12 cfm 80psi air pressure,
Also needs external water cooling for the extruder and roll stack.
This line is still currently under power and can be seen running.
