Powerful features for automated sample processing

The SOTAX CTS is designed for automated high-throughput content uniformity (quality control) and composite assay testing. It can handle pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, effervescent tablets, powder, granules and liquids and, thanks to its unique container handling, is capable of processing up to 3 samples in parallel. Container cleaning and drying is carried out automatically to avoid contamination by transfer. Some of the features included are listed below:

– 120 sample magazine
– Sample volumes from 25 to 1000 ml
– Brushless homogeniser for maintenance-free operation
– Dilution selection valve and pump
– Tank wash station –
Solvent inlet station
– Filtration station
