The RITTAL PERFOREX BC 2001 S electrical cabinet machining centre is a machine built in 2005 with four-axis CNC control, capable of machining cabinet mounting plates with maximum dimensions of 2200 mm x 1200 mm. The workpiece is clamped on a clamping table inclined by 15° and machined fully automatically. The inclined table facilitates swarf removal and also requires a small amount of space.
The milling and drilling centre can drill holes from 3 to 10 mm in size and threads from M3 to M8 in panels up to 5 mm thick. Panels can be made of ordinary steel, stainless steel, aluminium or plastic. The drilling centre is a very efficient machine, which speeds up the time needed to build electrical cabinets. The machining takes only 15-20 minutes with high precision.
