This machine is designed for helical contour milling with a CNC integrated 4th axis upright rotary table combined with pneumatic self centering steady rest vices. The machine has been used exclusively for milling feed screws for plastic & rubber injection molding and extrusion machinery. Included are five self centering vices and a tailstock. The vices have a capacity up to 10″ diameter, the rotary is 20″ diameter 3-jaw with a 7.0″ spindle bore. Buyer assumes all relocation expense.
