Purchased new from Precitech in 2014, little used, very good condition and very clean. High speed spindle bought in 2015. Used in a R&D environnement.
Can be used in 3 different modes :
Conventionnal turning : main spindle with fix diamond cutting tool, for parts symetrical in revolution.
Non conventionnal turning : main spindle with c-axis encoder syncronised with other axis with fix diamond cutting tool, for non symetrical in revolution parts (off axis parabolla, tilted flat, groove, etc)
High speed milling : main spindle with c-axis encoder and diamond milling tool mounted on the 80k RPM high speed spindle which emulate an 3axis milling cnc capability.

Small Frame Diamond Turning Lathe
The Nanoform X is designed to increase productivity and ease of use in the
