cnc milling plotter with a new 2.2kW electrospindle controlled by software. The machine works on the Mach3 Usb controller. HGR15 linear guides with linear carriages on all axes. This significantly increases the service life and precision of the system compared to supported shafts.
The machine is ideal for a carpentry, modeling or small advertising agency.
Works on HPL, HDF, MDF, PLYWOOD, RUBBER, PMMA, WOOD, PVC, etc.
The drive of the x and y axes is carried out using racks with a module of 1.5 and Steinhoff gears. On the axis with a ball screw fi 16 pitch 5mm. Mounted stepper motors with planetary gears guaranteeing better resolution of work and dynamics of returns. Possible disassembly of the machine (dismountable) to be moved through the door 85cm.
Built-in tool height sensor and limit sensors.
The machine was unfinished for over a year, it was supposed to be for a client who had ceased operations. Now a new electrospindle and motors with gears have been installed. It is ready to work – like new.
