Peddinghaus profile beam drilling line for heavy steel construction.
The Peddinghaus profile beam drilling machine has 3 drill axes each with 3 drill spindles so that it can be drilled with different drill diameters. The drill spindles are equipped with an internal air cooling.
The beam drill line has its own measuring system, the roll feed measuring system. In this type of material length measurement in the X-axis, the beam profiles are driven by hardened steel rollers and measured by measuring disks. This reliable measuring system enables accurate material measurement and at the same time a very space-saving design of the drilling machine.
The profile dimensions are max. 1000 mm in the profile width and max. 420 mm in the profile height.
