Complete package with 4-Roll Wire Feeder, Operator Station, Safety Interlocked Access Doors, LED Lighting, AX-V6 6-Axis Robot & Controller ready for setup in your facility. Including all manuals for operation, setup, or maintenance, you can be ready to run.
Preventative Maintenance ( PM ) is complete on this machine. If you are looking for a turnkey welding cell that is easily portable via fork lift, this framework is unitized, meaning the entire cell enclosed for safety via the steel tubular frame and Sheetmetal wall structure can be moved at your convenience. For shipping, easily load this cell via flatbed transported to your facility
Weld or Tack weld any combination of MIG or Plasma applications on either table position with the 2-Position Rotary Position Table with tapped holes for mounting your fixtures, loading parts on one side while another side is loaded.
