Mikron UCP-600 – Year 2000
Mikron simultaneous 5-axis machining center type UCP-600 with Heidenhain 430 control.
Still very accurate machining center with polymer concrete bed.
Temperature control for precise machining of your workpieces.

The movement of the X, Y and Z axis is 530 x 450 x 450 mm.
The table has a diameter of 280 mm and is equipped with T-slots (4 x 14H12).

Maximum workpiece weight is 200 kg.
The maximum spindle speed is 12,000 rpm.
ISO-40 steep taper with many tool holders.

Tool changer with 30 positions.
Max rapid traverse speed 22m/min.
Drive power X, Y and Z axis is 6.3 kW.

Main spindle power 13kW

The machine is further equipped with Renishaw measuring system, chip conveyor, etc.
