Automatic head TBR , Semicorpo 45° ” A” 120 indexed positions (3°).
Spindle Iso 50, Power 20 KW , RPM 10 – 4000g/’.
Automatic electric range change.
Electrospindle 30000 g/’ applicable to Head, for finishing.
Axis feeds 15.000 mm/’ excellent dynamic performances.
Transmission: X axis, precision ball screw.
Transmission: Y axis, precision recirculating ball screw.
Transmission: Z axis, vertical, precision recirculating ball screw.

Vertical axis with hydraulic cylinder and accumulator balancing.
Measuring systems X,Y,Z axis precision lines Heidenhain.
CNC TNC 430 Heidenhain DIGITAL. Remote control button.
SIEMENS Digital Brush-less axis feed motors and SIEMENS Digital Drives.
Double Chip Conveyors. Cast iron machine base. CE marking.
