CNC 4-axis robotic lathe with a PROMOT gantry robot. CNC type: 640T fusion. Machine in production currently and in working order. Use in 3×8 since its installation and in 1×8 for 2 years. Worked at 50% of the steel and 50% of the cast iron.
Options: iso performance package, synchronous tapping in milling mode, automatic pilling cycle, bar feeder interface, high pressure irrigation and compact S1000 10NC 2x10kg robot. Price excluding handling and transport. Machine working occasionally. For information, the only small defects known today are: · Pin 1: wear game causing loss of precision but does not prevent work; · Normal wear in view of age of rotating tools causing loss of precision but does not prevent work. Otherwise no particular problem and the numerical control is new replaced in 2018.
