Work includes Turcite replacement including scraping assembly & aligning, Replace Material and Scrape X Y & Z axis, Rebuild ball screws for Y axis, Rebuild ball screws for Z axis, Regrind Castings, Lubed Way lines as needed New wipers Install rubber gaskets, Replaced Auger bearings and seals, Run-off and alignments verified.
