The MACRI ITALIA PROVAR 5-90 U-D pipe bender was built in 2010 in Italy. The machine with a high-quality steel construction with even better components and rich equipment was created for precise bending of a constant and variable radius on two different dies. Processing of pipes and profiles with a maximum length of 5100 mm is carried out fully automatically in 5 numerically controlled axes (X, Y, Z, B1, B2) using a movable head with gears of increased strength. In order to ensure excellent dynamics and positioning accuracy throughout the life of the machine, all axes are equipped with reliable brushless servo motors.

The MACRI ITALIA mandrel bender is controlled by modern MACRI software with many useful functions. With the help of the software, it is possible, for example, to carry out an anti-collision test with 3D simulation, import files from 3D programs, program the pressure force of the positioner, program the speed of movement of each axis for each bend, or enter up to 6 different programs. The PROVAR 5-90 U-D bending machine weighs 6000 kg.
