Year of production 2006.

CNC milling plotter from the renowned company Kimla. The model in the advertisement is BFN 1530. The working area is 150x300x20cm. The construction, manufactured in Poland, has a huge gate for this type of plotters, which really differs from the competition. The machine has undergone a thorough service and facelift this year. The set includes a computer-laptop to operate the machine and a remote control (MPG setter) which significantly speeds up the operation of the machine.
The milling machine is equipped with an Italian Elte electrospindle with a power of 7kW, 18000 rpm. All electrospindle bearings replaced with new NSK ones. Built-in oil mist blowing system with oiler and solenoid valve (useful when cutting e.g. aluminum).

The machine got a new, more comfortable Mach3 control this year. The manufacturer’s software from 2006 already had its downsides in solutions and is not supported by the manufacturer. The main board was replaced with HXC MAch3 USB, the motors were replaced with new 12nM and 8.5Nm servomotors. A new Sanyo SX1000 inverter was also inserted (under warranty). All guides and screws cleaned and lubricated. Plotter after review ready to work. The machine is made with exceptional rigidity and precision. All axles driven by branded ball screws. The mechanical compensation of the gate skew is applied on the Y axis (it is not possible to slant the gate). It will certainly serve for years. Built-in tool height sensor. Clamping of cutters with ER32 collet.
