The V-1060D vertical machining center / cnc milling machine is the next generation of Jasu’s VMC series. The machine frame is designed by FEA, with high rigidity and stability. It adopts travel beam structure. The spindle head moves in the X and Z axis, and the workbench moves in the Y axis only. This structure achieves better precision stability and better dynamic loading capacity.
The 3 axes are equipped with roller linear guide, which provides great performance during heavy duty and high speed machining. Worktable move on Y axis, which significantly improves the rigidity and precision stability of the machine and is better to cut chips discharge.
