New Chip Conveyors, C-Axis Bearing, C-Axis Clamping, Chiller Unit.
This Very Large Rebuilt Ingersoll Master Center is a Horizontal Boring Mill with a Massive 24″sq
Ram Instead of a Quill.
It has a 206″ x 120″ CNC 360° Rotary Table with 215″ of Cross Travel.
The Massive Column has 150″ of Vert Travel and 150″ of W-Axis Column Travel. The Machine has
no Toolchanger but
has a Qty
(7) Head Automatic Head Changer with These Heads:
(2) Nutating Heads,
(1) 6:1 Straight,
(1) 6:1 Angle,
(1) 1:1 Straight,
(1) 1:1 Angle,
(1) 12:1 Angle (Right)
for Large Slotters and Face Milling. A Master Drive System with Integrated C-Axis is
Powering the Spindle Units.
The Head Changer Arrangement Allows this Horizontal Boring Mill
to be Used for a Flexible Application Range.
This Flexibility Includes Capacity for 5-sided Machining,
Vertical Turning and Machining on Inclined and Angular Surfaces.
Equipped with a Modern Hydrostatic
Guide Way System for X,Y,Z,W and E-Axis Which Has Virtually No Friction,
Practically No Wear,
and Extremely Good Dampening Characteristics.
Further Equipped with Modern AC-axis Drives,
and a Backlash Free Drive Systems, and Digital Feedback.
