Machining center PICCHI TRANSFER TR 10 – 15 / OS

The PICCHI multi-spindle automatic machining center is designed for serial production of parts made of semi-finished products fastened in successive machine clamps. The machine has 15 heads, including 6 on the right, 4 on the left and 5 on the table rotation axis, of which 12 drilling and milling heads and 3 thread heads. The work table is equipped with 10 holders, in which the semi-finished products are sequentially fastened and by turning the table (turning vertically down) further machining operations are performed (milling, threading, drilling). It is possible to perform 15 operations on 9 elements at the same time. Automatic machine is used for machining of forgings and brass blocks, it was used for the production of, among others, safety valve bodies, water meters, multivalves, bodies of solenoid valves, pneumatic components and power hydraulics.
