GILDEMEISTER CTX 420 V6 LINEAR CNC lathe, built in Germany in 2007, processes details with a maximum length of 600 mm and a diameter of 565 mm (over the slide) or 680 mm (over the bed). Reliable, solid construction with high stability, combined with rich equipment and a wide range of possibilities, will meet even the most demanding customers.

The turning center allows to perform a wide range of machining of details of the highest quality, with the use of driven tools reaching the speed of 4500 rpm, stored in a twelve-position tool head. The spindle rotates at a maximum speed of 5000 rpm and an additional 32 kW counter spindle open up new possibilities for turning details.

The machine has a modern CNC HEIDENHAIN plus iT numerical control, used for full control over the machining. The extensive equipment of the automatic lathe also includes, among others barfeeder, additional Y axis with 80 mm feed and chip conveyor. The total weight of the machine is 7,000 kg
