Gamma Traction 250 is a punching machine that is part of Geka´s angle processing range. It can punch thicknesses of up to 16 mm. It can also drill with four tools per wing up to 40mm in diameter. Its shearing station allows shearing profiles up to 250x250x25 mm. Besides, it does clean cuts and it is easily accessible.
The punching unit has 6 punches, 3 per wing. Its CNC controlled gauge and its hydraulic hold down allow a punching force of 730 kN.
The cassette marking unit allows programmable positioning that can get up to 10 characters and 5 different references. The Gamma Traction 250 programmable automatic unloading system allows to identify and distribute production automatically.
This CNC angle processing line also features a user-interface with integrated Windows 10 that can be remotely controlled through internet.
