With our CE-certified flowJET series waterjet cutting systems, we combine well-known RaptorX-SL technology with innovative high-pressure technology from ALLFI® and HAMMELMANN®.
This results in innovation, speed and precision in one machine. As a pure water system or abrasive water jet cutter, you can also choose between different high-pressure pumps, either with an output of 15 kW or 30 kW and 3800 bar.
Semi-automatic regulation of the water level
Due to the water level sensors, the water level of the water jet cutter can be easily adjusted at the push of a button. Workpieces with a height of up to 80 mm can be processed under water. Thus, noise levels and environmental pollution are visibly reduced.

With a pure water jet you can process thinner materials such as rubber, thin plastic, foil, textiles and thin wood.
Abrasive waterjet cutting
The abrasive version of the flowJET water jet cutting machine is equipped with an abrasive conveyor system that can hold 100 kg and an abrasive metering system. For example, materials such as ceramic tiles, steel, concrete, natural stone and stainless steel can be cut.
An abrasive water jet cutting system can also be operated as a pure water system, but this is not possible the other way around. Therefore, you should be sure before you buy which materials you want to process in the future. However, retrofitting is easily possible afterwards.
Clamping surface & traversing ranges of the flowJET-2515
The flowJET-2515 has a clamping area of 2600 x 1550 mm and a usable travel area of 2510 x 1510 x 300 mm. The weight of this water jet cutter is around 1560 kg.

The axes are operated with brushless stepper motors of 9.4 amps each and also have three contactless reference switches (limit switches).
Built-in 20 mm HIWIN linear guides and a low-backlash planetary gear give the waterjet cutting system the necessary precision.
Control & software
The water jet cutting machine is controlled via a 3-channel control with 3 x 10 amps and 380 V (50 Hz) is required for the power supply.
On the software side, the machine is controlled by our in-house KinetiC-NC control software, while our CAD CAM software ConstruCAM-3D is available for the construction of the drawings. Both types of software are included in the scope of delivery of the waterjet cutting system.
