The punching machine is equipped with a multi-tool magazine, which can contain 18 different tools at a time. It gives the possibility to shape both elements with complicated shapes and the simplest ones. Such positioning of the tools allows to significantly reduce the changeover time of the punching machine, which results in short delivery times.
The wide range of operations that can be carried out on our punching machine in combination with CNC numerical control makes it an excellent machine for shaping more or less complex sheet metal products. Roller work table enables punching 1500×3000 mm sheets with reposition.
One of the most interesting operations that can be carried out on CNC punching machines is nibbling, which consists of cutting holes or external contours of complex shapes, using circular cross-section punches whose diameter is much smaller than the dimension of the punched elements.
