Esec Wire Bonder 3100plus with Stereo Microscope Head – Year 2006
This Esec 3100 Plus Wire Bonder w/ Stereo Microscope Head is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches present.

The microscope head does not have any set screws to hold it in place.

This bonder is designed to operate on 230 VAC Single Phase, 50/60Hz, 1500VA. The unit also requires compressed air at
0.5MPa to 0.8MPa (72.5-116PSI) and vacuum at -0.078MPa to -0.09MPa (-11.3 to -13.0PSI).

A copy of the user manual is included as shown.

I was able to power on this unit and it was responsive to button presses. I was able to navigate through the menus, and the
illuminator was emitting light as shown. I do not have an appropriate vacuum source to further test the unit. I noticed there
were a number of “Automatic Alignment failed!” messages from the last time the unit was in service.

I do not have the knowledge or equipment to fully test this unit, so it is sold As-Is.
