– plasma torch

ECKERT JANTAR plasma cutter was built in 2015 in Poland. The machine is used for cutting pre-programmed shapes in sheets made of e.g. stainless steel, carbon steel or aluminum. Depending on the selected torch, the processed details can be up to 150 mm thick (oxygen cutting) or 50 mm thick (plasma cutting).

The open design of the plasma cutter made of high-quality welded steel effectively dampens vibrations during processing, and also allows easy access from each side of the machine to the work table with a length of 6000 mm and a width of 2000 mm, equipped with an extraction table to eliminate dust.

The plasma gas cutter is numerically controlled by an operator panel placed on the arm with the ECS 872 control installed, offering the use of all available functions of the machine. Together with the plasma cutter, a reliable 260 A HYPERTHERM HyPerformance HPR260XD plasma source is offered.
