This is a very well cared for machine used primarily in a prototyping, low volume production environment.
We are moving into more specialized production machinery, and so this needs to move to make room
It has about 2000 cutting run time hours on it, which is extremely low for a 5 year old machine.
Holds great tolerance, and we have always been extremely impressed with the cutting capabilities of this little machine.
It is really a beast of a machine for the price.
Probably the best value in it’s class. It blows a Haas VF2SS (which I had sitting right next to it at one point) out of the water.
It has a 12,000rpm Big Plus Cat40 Spindle, that runs extremely smooth through all speed ranges
It comes with a SamChully 160mm rotary. The rotary was dropped from a few inches above the ground one time when trying to load it by hand. It only dented the corner of the housing, which is only aesthetic, no functional issues. It has been running for 6+ months since this incident with no problems.
It does have the standard 200psi through spindle coolant.
It also has the Renishaw tool setter and work probes.
LNS Chip conveyor is included as well.
