DEFUM ADS-115 boring machine built in Poland is a machine tool designed to perform a wide range of workpiece machining with a maximum weight of 6000 kg, such as drilling, boring, facing, reaming, milling and threading. The large working table of the machine with a length of 1500 mm and a width of 1800 mm with mechanical and manual rotation enables convenient loading of larger-size details that do not fit on standard-sized drilling and milling machines.
The drilling and milling machine with a cross table has an increased spindle travel and increased transverse table travel thanks to the use of two additional guides. The machine’s reliable 115 mm diameter spindle rotates at a maximum speed of 674 rpm. The drilling machine is equipped with with automatic switching off of spindle feeds in extreme positions and a 750 mm diameter disc with a built-in support for planning. The total weight of the DEFUM AD-S 115 boring machine is 26,000 kg.
