Chevalier FVM-80160DC CNC Bridge Mill is a low hours machine that has been very well taken care of.
Please note when viewing the pictures, all paint is original – absolutely no touch up or repaint has ever been done. The paint under the spindle and in front of the tool changer (high chip impact / wear areas) is original and beautiful. I can provide additional information as requested, including a recent ball bar test (March 2023) and videos showing the axis traverse and spindle at various rpm’s.
All operate smoothly and quietly. Machine has the desirable Renishaw RMP600 Probe that does NOT require line of sight from the receiver to the probe, allowing you to probe parts on any side – even when hidden from direct view of the receiver.
This machine also has the factory upgraded door option that opens the entire front left side for part loading and better access to the table ($… factory option). Lastly, we upgraded the system memory to 2MB for those large contouring programs.
