This Bahmueller Ultra Flow Grinder is for High Production ID and OD Grinding of Parts that are Approximately 200mm x 20mm. This Grinder Has the Built-in “Kiss” Feature Which Means One Workhead Can Pass The Part to the Other Workhead so that Both Sides of the Part can be Done. The Machine is Currently Configured with Qty (2) External ( OD ) Grinding Spindles of Approximately 6000 rpm and Work Holding Heads of 4500 rpm. Included with the Bahmueller Ultra Flow is a Separate but Adjacent Matrix Automation Cell with a Fanuc Robot for Loading and Unloading Parts In and Out Of the Bahmueller Grinder.
