5-axis CNC tool and cutter grinder – available in used condition or fully rebuilt.
Powerful and versatile machine with large working envelope and high spindle power for wide range of operations and requirements.
Based on a rigid and stable polymer concrete bed (ANCAcrete),
it comes with a 37kW direct driven spindle,
2-station wheel changer for up to eight wheels,
automatic pallet loading (520 tools max, 15s loading time),
mist extraction unit, steady bed and headstock dressing.
Ideally suited for volume production of carbide and HSS cutting tools.
