ANAYAK PERFORMER 2000 bed CNC milling machine was manufactured in 2007 in Spain. The swivel milling head with automatic positioning in the A+B planes used in the machine enables precise machining of large-size details with a maximum weight of 5000 kg. A significant reduction in milling time is ensured by a high-performance milling spindle with two-stage speed control in the range of 60 to 3000 rpm.
In the working space of the CNC milling machine there is a solidly made table with a length of 2200 mm and a width of 850 mm, on which the CNC milling machine performs machining of details in the X, Y, Z axes with feed rates of 2000 (X axis), 1000 (Y axis) and 1000 ( Z-axis). The CNC bed milling machine is equipped with e.g. control panel with the HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC controller installed, used for e.g. programming the operating modes of the machining center, cooling through the spindle and the RENISHAW RMP60 detail probe. The CNC machining center weighs 14,000 kg.
