STACKING AND COUNTING SOLUTIONS
Stacking unit ISA4 (patented)
Complete with counting and discharging automatic system.
The first platen gets the cups from the mould and conveys them to a second platen for the following positioning in the accumulation system.
Stacking unit ISA-P (patented) with suction discharge
Consisting of a movable platen which sucks the products from the mould and conveys them to the accumulation position after reaching the number of pre-setted pieces.
Stacking unit IAR-P
Equipped with mandrels which take the products from the mould and, after a 180° rotation, place them into the stacking rack. Once the number of pre-setted pieces is reached, the piles are discharged on a conveyor belt ready for the next operations if required.
